Lightermind Weight Loss Programme

 

Contrary to todays myths about weight loss there are only three methods working together that will produce rapid and permanent weight loss.  That method is by getting the mind to work with us, by using natural exercise that almost anyone can do anywhere anytime, and eating foods that are consistent with our species.  All the rest are fad diets and training programmes that tend to last no longer than a few days or weeks.

 

So how is my weight loss plan different?

 

Firstly we look at the mind and your eating patterns, and how and why you crave certain foods and what emotions the food is supporting.  It maybe that you are stressed or bored, I look at each to identify how to break the destructive patterns of overeating.  Then we will work on your self esteem and confidence, stop cravings for destructive foods.  Help you feel really good in your body and mind, and build positive and empowering beliefs about yourself and your relationship with food.

 

Then we look at the body and you will be given a simple 30 minute a day exercise that can be done by almost anyone, anywhere and anytime in the world, that will de-stress you, increase circulation, speed up the metabolism to burn the fat faster, improve mental well being, strengthen bones and give you a general feel good factor whilst helping you towards your target weight.

 

Then we look at nutrition and how, when and why we should eat for optimum health of our species.  There is no calorie counting, no point watching and no food deprivation, and is the most natural way of eating known to us, leaving your body packed full of vitamins, full of life giving water and filling it full of minerals and nutrients everyday leaving you glowing with health.

 

Combining these three methods I believe I have designed the most natural easiest weight loss plan on the planet.  Your mind, body and nutrition methods work together is sync to help you regain your natural weight and leaving you glowing with health and vitality.

   

The programme is four sessions long.  The first session lasting ninety minutes in length, and the other three 60 minutes in length over an eight week period.  The four sessions costs £320.00, you can pay in full by cash or by debit or credit card on my 'fees page' alternatively you can pay £80.00 per session at the time of the appointment.  At the end of the initial session I will give you 2 x Cds to listen to, and exercise and nutrition advice to take away with you.

 

Some clients like to add additional sessions to work on specific issues they may have, or some like to see me once a month until they attain their healthy weight.  These sessions are charged at £80.00 per session.
